Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and helpspin ("helpspin," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the helpspin platform, including all games, services, and features available at helpspin.club. 1.4 helpspin reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, helpspin will provide notice to registered players through the platform or by email to the registered address associated with the player's account.
Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the helpspin platform. This age requirement reflects Philippine law governing casino-style gambling and online gaming activities. helpspin strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The helpspin platform is intended for players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. 2.4 One Account Per Player. Each natural person may maintain only one (1) helpspin account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity — is strictly prohibited. helpspin reserves the right to close all accounts of any player found to operate multiple accounts and to void any winnings associated with those accounts.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). helpspin may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) procedures at registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any time during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine Passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, Driver's License). Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
2.6 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your helpspin login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. helpspin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
Account Responsibilities
3.1 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your helpspin account, whether or not you authorised that activity. You agree to notify helpspin immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

- Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally feasible.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on helpspin are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP/₱) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.
4.6 Unclaimed Balances. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, no transaction) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to dormancy fees as permitted by applicable law. helpspin will provide notice before applying any dormancy charges.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise. Players must meet the wagering requirement within the validity period of the bonus or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the promotion. helpspin reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion.
5.4 Abuse Prevention. helpspin reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses in cases where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or systematic wagering patterns inconsistent with good-faith recreational play.
Bonus General Rule: Only one (1) welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per registered payment method (GCash number, bank account). Players found attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have their accounts reviewed and bonuses voided.
5.5 helpspin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
Gameplay Rules
6.1 All games on the helpspin platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are genuinely random, statistically independent from one result to the next, and cannot be predicted or manipulated by helpspin or any player.

Prohibited Conduct
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the helpspin platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of account balance:

- Providing false identity information at registration or during KYC verification.

Suspension & Termination

- Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate account action.
- The player has engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct.
12.2 You may close your helpspin account at any time by contacting the live support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
